We have recently added a new Remote Support feature right into our applications or access from our website. When you have that issue arise that requires immediate attention our support department can connect, via a secure connection, directly to your computer and help you solve your problem instantly.

We have also developed an in-depth Ticket Tracking system on our website that allows the user to report issues via the web. Every issue is assigned a ticket number and can be traced throughout the life of that issue. This allows a user to check the status of their issue and create dialog about that issue from anywhere as long as they have access to the internet.
