the user to report issues via the web. Every issue is assigned a ticket number and
can be traced throughout the life of that issue. This allows a user to check the
status of their issue and create dialog about that issue from anywhere as long as
they have access to the internet.
While utilizing this technology is great and can make life easier, we
understand that sometimes it is just best to be able to pick up the phone
and speak to a person who can give an immediate solution to your issues.
